6. What happens if I am not available when you deliver my order?

If an order is undelivered, we ensure that it is reattempted based on the customer’s preferred day and time.

7.⁠ ⁠Exchange/Return Policy?

We have a strict no-return policy for all orders. Returns are only accepted for fabric issues or material defects. Size exchanges or alterations must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please note that we do not offer product exchanges.

International orders are not eligible for exchange and returns.

8. Partial Payment?

In case of partial payments, the deposited amount is non-refundable and may take an additional 3-4 days for delivery.
